The Alexandrov Lab is a part of the Bioengineering, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, and Biomedical Sciences graduate programs at UC San Diego. If you are part of one of these programs and you are interested in doing a rotation, please get in touch with the lab's Principal Investigator. Interested graduate or undergraduate students from other departments and programs are also welcome to get in touch and discuss potential research projects.

The Alexandrov Lab also has multiple postdoctoral openings, both wet and dry lab. We are looking for postdoctoral scholars to computationally study pre-cancer evolution as well as to develop and apply novel experimental approaches for better understanding of DNA damage, DNA repair, and mutagenesis in non-cancerous tissues.
